With a background in both nursing and physical therapy, Nahid has spent years working as a physical therapist both in an in-home setting and in large nursing homes. She gained a first-hand insight into the lifestyles of residents in both environments and knows exactly what they lack. Since establishing the Lovettsville Home in 2005, she has come a long way to growing her assisted living facility into a recognized name in the community and adding rich, colorful years to the lives of her residents.
Nahid Shadrokh
Mitra is an on-site, highly experienced registered nurse who has spent much of her career in nursing homes, caring for the elderly. Along with Nahid, she has been at the Lovettsville Home since the beginning in 2005, working with and treating residents in a way that furthers their sense of independence while supporting their quality of life.
Mitra Shadrokh, R.N.
Tammy is a certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner with advanced certification in hospice and palliative care. Her nursing career of 37 years includes experience in critical care, research, pain management, hospice and palliative care. As an advanced practice registered nurse, she has spent the last 7 years focusing her practice, HEART ‘n SOUL, on specialty palliative care in the hospital, clinic and community settings.
